nonii. mina reisilt tagasi. esmaspäevast laupäevani (3-8 sept) viibisin helsingis gb gym'is (Grappling & Boxing) treeningutel - palju erinevaid mma treeningpartnereid väga erineva tasemega. tegemist siis ühe parima mma gymiga soomes. liialt pikka juttu ei tule - lihtsalt väike kokkuvõte toimunud treeningutest ning üldisest elust-olust.
esmaspäev:

teisipäeva ja neljapäeva hommikul toimunud trennid olid kergemad ning laupeäv oli puhas sparripäev - helsingist ning selle ümbrusest kogunesid kokku mma'kad ning andsid kuidas jaksasid. õhkond oli läbivalt positiivne ning soosis arengut ja blablabla :) (seda juttu te siit anyway lugeda ei viitsiks :P)
..ja kui päris aus olla, siis ega midagi täpsemalt kirjutada ka pole.. või noh.. kirjutan siia pärast oma 20ndal septembril toimuvat matši ;)
